Francis Kirby has been on the strength scene for over a decade.He has tried and performed well in strength sports like Strongman and Power-lifting.Today we honour him here for his greatest achievement-2X Irish Highland Games Champion 2005 and 2006. Jonathan Kelly is truly a superb athlete in a range of sports, strength sports is what makes him a champion on our Irish Strength Hall of Fame. He has proven not only to be a great Arm-wrestler and Strongman champion, but has lifted undisputed 5 Irish Highland Games titles (2003, 2005, 2007,2009, 2010). The fact that these titles are not back to back, proves the quality of competition in Ireland. Jonathan Kelly had to face real tough athletes on the way to achieve these 5 crowns, and lift the coveted Highland Warrior Trophy as series champion. Winning many Highland games competitions over the past years, he has consistently proved he is the man to beat! Being young in the sport he has many more years to give, and wins to take. Our greatest 5 times Irish Highland Games champion now deservedly finds his way onto our Irish Strength Hall of Fame board.
