Points addressed:

1. Qualification on numbers for strongman qualifier, it was voted that the number of competitors would be reduced to 12 for both Ulster Strongest Man Qualifier and Republic of Ireland Strongest Man Qualifier.

2. Highland Games number of Throws:
It was voted and agreed that throwers would have 3 throws for each discipline in the competition.

3. Area Marshals – Write ups and Scores:
It was discussed that Area Marshals would complete write ups and score updates for competitions within their areas and forwarded by email to the Secretary to be put on the website along with a few pictures of the event.

4. Finances for Trips Costing to be assessed:
Area Marshals to discuss at next quarterly meeting.

5. Membership contracts:
Membership contracts to be reduced from 18 months to 12 months with immediate effect.

6. ISA League for 2014:
Events that will score points in the league are:
Best Result in 5 competitions

· Ulster and Republics strongest Man

· Ireland Strongest Man}
Novice Irish Open}
Best result of the 3 shows
Novice Ireland Strongest Man}

· 4 Man Team Strongest Man
· 2 Man Team Strongest Man

Truck Pull championships}
Best result of the 2 shows
Log Lifting Championships}.

It was voted that 500 euros would go towards a place at the Arnold Amateur classic for 2015. For Winner of ISA League 2014, every member will be part of it.

7. Other points on League discussed but not agreed:
Changing weight classes in strongman, voted U90kg increased U95kg in strongman and 105kg and a new 110kg in strongman.

8. Competitor for Champions league
Voted that this would take place this year, along with World Strongest Man Cup competitor, plus Arnold Classic Amateur competitor 2014 leading to 2015 League Winner.

9. Confirmation for World Ultimate Strongman teams Irish Competitors-
Confirmed Nicky Whelan and Jonathan Kelly

10. 2 Competitors go from Juniors, 95kg class, 105kg and 110kg to UK and World Events.

11. Highland Games series winner and runner up will get International places
Confirmed

12. International Place
Voted – decided on qualification and Irelands Best.
