Shay Ryan County Wexford is simply the best 90kg/95kg and 105kg competitor of all time in the ISA history! Since competing in 2011 has won four all Ireland titles in 90kg/95kg 2011-2014 . He has also claimed 3 consecutive 105kg from 2011- 2013. Shay Ryan has competed at international level at UK Strongest Man in England and World Strongest Man at his 90kg weight class in Ukraine. This year he qualified for the all Ireland Strongest Man final at senior weight class ,mixing it with the biggest in our sport. Lots more to come from our County Wexford power house as he is one of the ISA greatest competitors. Shay Ryan the ISA congratulates you in your induction into the Strongman Hall Of Fame.
