The success of strength events in Ireland has brought events such as Strongman Competitions, Highland Games, Arm Wrestling, and Strength Sports and Demonstrations bringing the popularity of Strength to a new level, for a fun packed day for both young and old alike.

Irish Strongman have participated and made personal appearances in many strongman shows, charity events, television shows and film work.

Our very own Glenn Ross is credited with numerous appearances, as listed above, including: Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Harry Hills TV Burp, BBC’s They Think It’s All Over and promotional work for a major car manufacturer, to name but a few.

Glenn has also raised money through strongmen events for charities.

Ireland’s Strongest Man places 6th overall and pulls 520KG in Uzbekistan
