Daniel Troy Co. Tipperary has been a member of the ISA from the beginning, a loyal member, a tough competitor from his former sport strongman and a force in throwing in Highland Games. After a decade of competing at the top in Irish Strongman , finishing on the podium many times in Strongman sport. Daniel Troy then decided to pursue his passion in Highland Games, it was not long before winners trophies where being presented to Daniel. A great family man with a huge supportĀ from them, has made him deliver top class performances. Daniel also has got his two sons and other young men competing in the sport and Highland Games development and is a credit to ISA.

Competing in a ISA 3 part summer series in the ISA Daniel showed his quality by winning the entire series in 2011,which he managed to repeat in 2013 showing he was no flash in the pan but a true champion! Daniel Troy you our a credit to strength sports and deserve your induction into the Hall of Fame.
